About Us
The Ike Cha Foundation is dedicated to empowering tomorrow’s entrepreneurs across Africa. Founded by entrepreneur and philanthropist Ike Cha, the Foundation aims to help young people develop the knowledge, confidence and relationships they need to build businesses and become job creators.
Our focus is on practical entrepreneurial education, mentorship and access to resources and business networks. By connecting emerging entrepreneurs with experienced leaders and partners, we aim to create opportunities for growth and contribute to Africa’s progress.
We believe that success carries a responsibility to add value to others. Our ambition is to build a community of entrepreneurs who, as they grow, share their experience and support the next generation.
VISION
An Africa where young entrepreneurs have the opportunity to realise their potential, build enduring businesses and contribute to the prosperity of their communities.
MISSION

Our Focus
Our focus is on helping young entrepreneurs develop the capabilities and connections they need to turn their potential into opportunity.
Through entrepreneurial education, mentorship and access to resources and networks, we aim to help young people develop business ideas, strengthen their skills and make informed decisions.
